Pangea Foundation Incorporated As A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization

San Diego, California – March 25, 1997 – Pangea Foundation, a San Diego-based nonprofit organization was incorporated today, pursuant to California Nonprofit Corporation Law section 5122.

Pangea Foundation was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. According to Kristin Berry, Pangea Foundation’s Founder and Executive Director, “It’s a great day for community organizations throughout California.” She adds, “Pangea Foundation was created with one goal in mind: To bring state-of-the-art technology to nonprofits and community organizations. These groups are traditionally among the last to receive breakthrough technologies and we would like to change that.”

Berry hopes that Pangea Foundation (the name symbolizes unity, with “pan” meaning “together” and “gea” meaning earth) will become a leader in bringing leading edge technologies to nonprofits across America.
