Diego-based nonprofit organization was incorporated
today, pursuant to California Nonprofit Corporation
Law section 5122.
Pangea Foundation was incorporated
as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation.

a great day for community organizations throughout
California.”
